At the core of advasolutions' warehouse automation is an intelligent shuttle system, whose seamless operation relies on the interplay of several key components. Autonomous advaShuttles move horizontally, vertically, and laterally within the high-density advaRacks. This variable shelving system with integrated guide rails offers optimal storage capacity on its individual storage levels, known as advaShelfs, for goods units measuring 800 x 400 x 600 mm (LxWxH) and weighing up to 20 kg, and handles both individual items and various load carriers.

The Digital Core: Transparency and Efficiency in Retail Logistics

The process begins with advaInbound, a fully automated incoming goods inspection with precise 3D scanning and real-time data acquisition for seamless goods receipt. At the other end, advaOutbound optimizes picking and outbound gates for an accelerated shipping process.

The entire system is controlled and coordinated by the Warehouse Execution System (WES). This AI-powered software acts as a digital twin of the warehouse and optimizes all processes. Additionally, the WES enables seamless integration into existing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems to ensure end-to-end efficient logistics.
